Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor to join on a permanent basis in Gosport. You will deliver engineering principles and fault diagnostic investigations to Royal Navy students on Phase 2 career courses, teaching up to 16 students per class.

This role is term-time only (45 weeks per year) with 37.5 hours weekly, and requires MOD SC eligibility. You'll work with Learning & Development and a team of 10 instructors to drive continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification at Level 3 or proven experience in electrical field.
• Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent is desirable.
• Understanding of Royal Navy Weapons Engineering is advantageous.
• Any teaching, instructing, coaching experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in maintenance principles and fault-finding techniques of Royal Navy electronic systems.
• Teach up to 16 students per class.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and a team of 10 Instructors.
• Support driving continuous improvement and learning.
