The role supports day shifts (7am-7:30 pm) with a focus on safe medication administration, patient education, and professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required as applicable in NH or compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; ACLS certification preferred.
• Adheres to ANA standards and hospital policies; uses information technology.
• Demonstrates clinical leadership through mentoring and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Safely administers medications and IVs per policy and state regulations.
• Precepts new employees and supports ongoing professional development.
• Delegates tasks based on licensure, education, and scope.
• Conducts physical assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Plans, prioritizes, and adjusts care to meet patient needs and discharge planning.
