Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician (RME) to maintain a wide range of site equipment and uphold safety standards. Based on-site, you’ll diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and support on-site apprentices while contributing to continuous improvement across EU sites.

You'll work with modern tools, respond to breakdowns promptly, and help ensure maximum equipment availability and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in English, verbally and in writing.
• Relevant experience as a qualified engineer in maintenance.
• Experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of site equipment.
• Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold health and safety policies and practices.
• Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices.
• Work on continuous improvement projects across EU sites.
