Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician for our UK distribution network. You will perform proactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of site equipment, diagnose faults on live systems, and work with on-site teams to maximise equipment availability while upholding strict Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics or a 4-year UK certified apprenticeship.
• Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Fluent English (C1) reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipment.
• Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold health and safety policies.
• Support on-site apprentices' development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across EU sites.
