Job Description

Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid)

The team you will be joining is highly collaborative, with everyone working closely together and supporting one another. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to build hands-on experience across all aspects of risk, compliance, and business continuity. You will have regular interaction and engagement with senior management.

This role offers great exposure and interactions with various functions within the business, allowing you to continuously learn and grow within your role. You will be on hand to help support and guide both internal and external stakeholders on all Risk and Compliance matters.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Maintaining and continuously improving the risk control framework in place
• Promoting effective risk management to mitigate potential risks
• Providing strong challenge and oversight for first-line activities
• Assisting employees in use of the ACE group risk management tool
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc regulatory risk reports
• Managing the business continuity framework (review of plans, testing, etc.)
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Conducting training sessions on compliance topics
• Supporting document preparations for Board and Committees meetings
