Overview

My client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to join their landlord, tenant, and debt team on a fully remote basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with landlords, letting agents, and insurers, providing expert legal advice and support throughout the court process, including recovering possession of properties and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist landlords in recovering possession of their properties.
• Draft eviction notices and guide clients through court proceedings.
• Manage defended claims through to trial, including drafting replies to defenses.
• Provide legal advice to landlords, letting agents, and insurers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Participate in promotional events for the firm.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant law or litigation (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver clear, jargon-free legal advice.
• Team-oriented attitude.
