Job summary

PIB Group in London is seeking a Renewals & Contracts Manager to own renewals, contracts and service quality for risk management clients. You’ll be the trusted link between clients, our Risk Management team and colleagues across the business, ensuring scopes, fee agreements and deliverables are clear and on track.

This role suits someone relationship-driven with a strong eye for detail, who can translate agreement terms into actionable plans and keep key dates and renewal triggers on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in account, contract or client service management within risk management or professional services.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of contracts and fee structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized approach and drive to see things through to resolution.
• NEBOSH or similar risk qualification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for risk management services, from planning through to on-time completion.
• Own scopes of work, fee agreements and contract variations, making sure they accurately reflect what’s been agreed.
• Coordinate delivery with consultants and internal teams, translating agreed scopes into clear plans and instructions.
• Keep an eye on key contract dates and renewal triggers so nothing lapses unexpectedly.
• Track performance metrics across the risk management portfolio and help shape the processes and templates that make delivery smoother for everyone.
