Job summary

PIB Group, the UK insurance intermediary, is seeking a Project Management Lead to drive timely delivery and support across Underwriting Collective businesses. You will lead the PM team and deliver project management across complex change programmes, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

This role demands proven delivery in financial services, experience with policy administration systems such as Acturis or Applied, and a collaborative, proactive approach to prioritising

Qualifications

• PM experience in financial services, Insurance preferred.
• Delivery of projects in regulated environments.
• Experience with policy administration and claims systems.
• Mentorship and team development experience.
• End-to-end project lifecycle in business and IT.
• Proactive, collaborative and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Customer-focused with strong rapport skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans through closure.
• Draft business cases for projects you manage.
• Manage issues to resolution within schedule and budget.
• Implement change and configuration management.
• Identify, evaluate, and document delivery risks.
• Prioritize stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
• Communicate succinctly with stakeholders.
• Lead PM processes and governance alignment.
• Deliver artefacts per PM methodology (RAID logs, plans, logs, assessments).
