The Role

You will lead all aspects of Client Insight & Analytics for select clients and contribute to data processing exercises.

1. Support the delivery of the analytics team goals.
2. Lead client insight & analytics activities, including data scoping, quality enhancement, analysis, and presentation.
3. Manage client meetings and presentations, working with Relationship Management.
4. Support the development of client relationships and sales activities.
5. Assist in automating processes across the company.
6. Contribute to data processing and the application of Data Technical Standards.
7. Help develop and refine Acin’s business rules and data assets.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in risk and control roles (e.g., Business Risk & Control Officer).
• Strong client engagement and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of risks and controls, with understanding of key client risks and regulatory areas.
• Experience with internal/external audit and regulatory scrutiny.
