Job summary

Aberdeen plc in Edinburgh is seeking a Risk & Compliance Coordinator to support the governance and decision-making processes that help deliver better outcomes for clients.

You will provide operational, governance and administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Leadership Team, coordinating across stakeholders and developing exposure to AI tools while progressing toward more advanced executive support responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration, coordination or business support role.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, and an interest in learning and using AI tools.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders, leadership teams or governance-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate coordination and administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Leadership Team.
• Support meeting and committee management activities, ensuring actions, decisions and deliverables are tracked effectively.
• Assist with governance processes, management information production and the maintenance of high-quality records and documentation.
• Support purchase order administration, planning activities and budget-related processes as required.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, distribution lists and document repositories, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion while supporting internal communications and stakeholder engagement activities across the function.
