As a Risk & Compliance Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping our Risk & Compliance function operate effectively, supporting the governance and decision‑making processes that help Aberdeen deliver better outcomes for clients.
Risk & Compliance plays a critical role in supporting Aberdeen’s long‑term success by helping the business make informed decisions, manage risk effectively and maintain strong governance standards. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, the team provides oversight, coordination and support that helps ensure our business operates responsibly and efficiently. The culture is collaborative, supportive and focused on continuous improvement.

Working within the Risk & Compliance team, you will provide operational, governance and administrative support, with a particular focus on supporting the Risk & Compliance Leadership Team. You will act as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, helping to ensure key governance activities, reporting requirements and day‑to‑day operations are delivered efficiently and consistently.
