Job summary
Aberdeen is seeking a Performance Analyst to join its investment reporting capability in Edinburgh. You will own the production, review and oversight of performance reporting and related analysis, collaborating with portfolio managers, Risk, Governance, Legal and Compliance to ensure accurate, timely, and decision-ready outputs.

Qualifications
- Experience with investment performance measurement, attribution, reporting or investment data.
- Strong communication with a wide range of stakeholders to translate complex data into insights.
- Knowledge of performance reporting tools such as FactSet, Bi-Sam, Morningstar or similar.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Interest in process improvement and practical AI applications within reporting environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the production, review and oversight of investment performance reporting and related analysis.
- Deliver high-quality performance data for RFPs, consultants, client reporting and governance reporting.
- Support GIPS compliance processes, monthly production activities and external verifications.
- Produce SRRI calculations, MPS performance data and Assessment of Value analysis.
- Investigate data issues, strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement through technology and AI-enabled efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Investments, Risk, Governance, Legal, Compliance and external providers to ensure trusted reporting.
