Brown & Brown UK in London seeks a dedicated Risk & Compliance professional. Hybrid working is available if desired, with responsibility to provide regulatory advice across the Underwriting and Wholesale divisions for UK and overseas entities.

You will monitor compliance with BB(E) policies, support risk governance, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders. The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships and driving improvements in customer outcomes and regulatory controls.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and challenge entities to embed key controls in line with Brown & Brown (Europe) policies and minimum standards.
• Assess the effectiveness of the risk management framework and monitor key risks and controls.
• Assist with regulatory change implementation and provide guidance on applicable regulations.
• Develop understanding of overseas regulatory requirements and liaise with external overseas compliance consultants.
• Build relationships with leaders and act as a trusted advisor on regulatory requirements.
• Provide training on risk and regulatory topics to teammates as required.
• Support timely submission of regulatory returns and applications (FCA and overseas jurisdictions).
• Provide sanctions advisory support and assist with remediation actions.
• Lead compliance integration for acquisitions and onboarding actions.
• Contribute to and support projects across the Division/BBE.
