DUAL UK is seeking a Chief Risk Officer to drive the risk and governance agenda across the UK. Based in London with a hybrid working option, the role reports to senior leadership and participates in key committees to manage risk, compliance, data protection and financial crime obligations.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in risk management, UK and international regulations, and strong leadership skills to guide the Second Line Assurance program and regulatory interactions.

Formación

• Strong understanding of risk management and how to implement an effective risk framework in a multinational insurance environment.
• Deep knowledge of UK and international regulatory frameworks and SMCR requirements.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee risk governance and control frameworks across UK entities.
• Lead second line risk and compliance functions, including data protection and financial crime oversight.
• Engage with regulators and boards to provide clear risk reporting and assurance.
• Develop and monitor risk metrics and risk appetite, advising on mitigations and trends.
• Drive the Second Line Assurance programme and coordinate with DUAL UK Executive Committee.
