• Advise on regulatory requirements for UK and overseas entities.
• Lead and participate in regulatory change implementation and training.
• Develop and maintain understanding of overseas regulatory requirements and liaise with external consultants.
• Present risk and compliance matters to Boards and governance committees.
• Support timely submission of regulatory returns and sanctions-related risks.
