Wise in London seeks a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to support the UK Compliance Team by providing regulatory advice and challenge to enable scalable, compliant UK business operations.

You will work with Risk, Legal, Product, and Finance teams to strengthen governance, manage regulatory risks, and implement FCA-based controls across new and existing products. Hybrid working and international exposure are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of UK regulations including FCA requirements.
• Hands-on regulatory advisory experience with FCA engagement.
• Ability to identify regulatory risks and implement mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Proven relationship builder and ability to influence.
• Ability to work under pressure with urgency and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of regulatory analysis.

Aufgaben

• Advise on regulatory requirements focusing on FCA rules and capital/liquidity standards.
• Provide check and challenge to regulatory analyses and risk assessments.
• Support first line teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
• Draft regulatory policies and guidance; lead obligations mapping for new products.
• Develop governance and oversight for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with policy, engagement with FCA, and conduct reporting.
• Maintain and update UK compliance framework and documentation.
• Deliver regulatory training and provide self-help materials.
