Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and control environments.
• Experience supporting remediation programmes or regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance in enhancing the risk management framework.
• Track and remediate findings from regulatory reviews and assessments.
• Maintain risk and control libraries and governance documentation.
• Coordinate risk actions and ensure timely delivery and closure.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Support FCA-related compliance activities and governance requirements.
• Provide practical guidance on regulatory obligations to business teams.
• Prepare risk and compliance reporting for senior management committees.
• Contribute to process improvements and control enhancements.
