Job summary

Howden is launching a Risk & Compliance Apprenticeship Programme in London for 2027. You’ll join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18‑month development programme.

The scheme starts in September 2027 and includes an in-office four‑day week, with living within a commutable distance. Eligible candidates must have UK right to work, GCSE grades C/4 in English and Maths, and no overlapping qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the risk register and review information to identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with specialist teams such as Financial Crime, Data Protection and Regulatory Affairs.
• Work within the Risk & Compliance team to understand regulations affecting the business.
