Job summary

Over 18 months you’ll gain hands-on experience, study for a Level 3 apprenticeship, and develop professional skills with buddy and line-manager support while earning £28,000.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants with GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Must have full right to work in the UK and live within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month development programme while supporting risk and compliance activities.
• Assist with risk registers, regulatory monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in gamified assessments and a final assessment centre.
