An opportunity has arisen for a Risk Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Risk Management Team within the Patient Safety Directorate.

Working under the direction of the Risk Manager, you will contribute to the effective administration of all risk management processes, including incident reporting, investigations, Patient Safety Reviews, Duty of Candour, and maintenance of the Risk Management Database (Datix).

The role involves acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, supporting the coordination of meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data quality standards are met. You will play a key role in supporting safe, effective, and well‑governed services by ensuring timely and accurate handling of risk management information.
