As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, inspire, and engage your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
• Has an understanding of food, health and safety standards, and is familiar with financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
