Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with extensive food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Willing to manage the kitchen line and plan shifts to ensure proper coverage, coaching the team on the go
• Understanding of food, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
