Job summary

Oyster is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of exceptional real estate properties in Slough. The role involves close collaboration with the Facilities Manager and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and improve service delivery.

You will regularly visit properties to identify and resolve maintenance issues and assist in developing long-term maintenance planning and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management within a similar environment.
• Willingness to develop skills and progress in FM.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the portfolio of properties.
• Work closely with the Facilities Manager, Property Manager and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and enhance service delivery.
• Regular visits to all properties allocated to identify and resolve maintenance and operational issues.
• Assist in developing and improving operational processes and long-term maintenance planning.
