Job summary

Oyster is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial properties in Greater London. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, Property Manager and senior stakeholders to drive excellence in service delivery and operational performance.

You will conduct regular site visits, proactively identify maintenance needs, and contribute to developing long-term maintenance plans and improved processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management within a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and enhance service delivery across multiple properties.
• Regularly visit allocated properties to identify and resolve maintenance and operational issues.
