Job summary

National Gas in Warwick offers a hybrid role as Regulatory Accounting Analyst. You will work under the Head of Regulatory Finance in a team of four within the wider finance function.

The role focuses on regulatory submissions to Ofgem, maintaining the Price Control Financial Model, and ensuring license-compliant revenue calculations. You will influence forecasting policy, support regulatory performance reporting, and share RIIO knowledge across Finance and the business.

Qualifications

• Fully-qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or near completion.
• Ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Ofgem on RIIO contracts and ensure compliance of revenue standards.
• Maintain the Price Control Financial Model and ensure accurate revenue calculations.
• Develop forecasting policy and integrate with Regulatory Reporting processes.
• Support Regulatory Financial Performance Reporting and narrative.
• Share RIIO knowledge across Finance and the business.
• Collaborate with the National Gas Transmission charge setting team for billing analysis.
