Job summary

Churchill Howard Limited, recruiting for a Regulatory Finance Partnering Analyst, offers an excellent opportunity to own the regulatory finance area within a major energy and infrastructure business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and external regulators to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliant revenue calculations.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) or near completion.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with large datasets.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial aspects of the regulatory framework and licensing requirements.
• Lead annual regulatory revenue forecasting and submissions.
• Identify regulatory and compliance risks and address them with stakeholders.
• Develop forecasting methodologies and integrate into regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with pricing and charging teams to provide accurate financial insight.
• Provide clear, commercially relevant advice on regulatory finance matters.
