Job summary

A.C. Entertainment Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Rigging Sales Administrator to act as the administrative backbone of the rigging sales team in the UK.

You will convert enquiries into quotations, quotations into sales orders, and orders into deliveries, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance in a fast-moving market. Responsibilities include preparing quotations for trussing, hoists, staging and rigging hardware, processing orders in our ERP, updating customers on lead times, and supporting

Qualifications

• Sales admin or support experience.
• Strong numeracy and pricing knowledge.
• Attention to detail with part numbers and specifications.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations and process orders.
• Process sales orders in ERP with pricing and delivery terms.
• Update customers on lead times and order changes.
• Raise purchase orders and manage suppliers.
• Produce sales, margin and pipeline reports.
• Support logistics and cross-functional teams.
