Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Band 3 DAWN Rheumatology Administrator to join the Rheumatology team. The post holder will handle day-to-day administration and DAWN monitoring for patients on DMARDs, biologics and other monitored therapies.

You will work closely with Rheumatology consultants, specialist nurses, pharmacists and admin colleagues to maintain accurate patient information, monitor action lists and escalate clinical matters as required.

Formación

• Experience in administrative roles in healthcare is desirable.
• Ability to work independently within procedures while supporting the team.

Responsabilidades

• Process referrals and maintain patient and monitoring information.
• Review DAWN worklists and outstanding actions; identify overdue tests and monitoring.
• Ensure results are available for clinical review and escalate when needed.
• Contact patients regarding monitoring requirements and respond to enquiries.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the DAWN monitoring service and support data validation.
