Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 DAWN Rheumatology Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Rheumatology service, with a focus on the DAWN clinical monitoring system. You will work with clinicians and admin colleagues to ensure timely monitoring and accurate patient records.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage a varied workload within agreed procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and maintain patient and monitoring information.
• Review DAWN worklists and identify overdue tests or monitoring.
• Ensure results are available for clinical review and escalate where needed.
• Liaise with Pathology, GP practices, and other healthcare providers to obtain missing information.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and respond to enquiries.
