East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Rheumatology Clinical Support Worker and Data Administrator to support patients with long-term rheumatology conditions. The role involves clinical and administrative tasks within a multidisciplinary team.

You will assist with the rheumatology advice line, maintain audit databases, and support the infusion clinic by documenting patient observations, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Numeracy (GCSE Maths) or equivalent required.
• Literacy (GCSE English) at grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Willingness to develop venepuncture and cannulation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with managing the rheumatology advice line with the team.
• Maintain local and national audit databases and data returns.
• Support the rheumatology infusion clinic by documenting observations.
• Liaise with pharmacy to ensure timely patient medication arrival.
