Job summary

Dovehaven Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse for Manchester House, Southport. This permanent part-time role covers night shifts (8pm–8am) on a rota, with alternate weekend availability. A £1,500 sign-on bonus is payable after the qualifying period.

You will work with a caring team to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care and contribute to maintaining excellent CQC standards. Your duties include reviewing documentation, reflecting care given in records, supporting the team, and

Qualifications

• Must be currently registered with NMC (PIN)
• Experience in a care home setting is essential
• Experience with medication administration and wound care
• Knowledge of infection prevention and pressure area care

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered and clinical interventions
• Ensure care plans are followed and updated for each resident
• Provide clear, concise instructions for ongoing care delivery

We are searching for aRegisteredNurseto join us. You will be advising and working closely with the Care Team to deliver the highest standards of individual care to our residents, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and each individual’s care plan is met.

In this role you will be:

• Regularly reviewing and completing all documentation as required
• Ensuring that the appropriate documentation reflects the care given and any clinical intervention
• Leaving clear, concise and personalised instructions for ongoing care delivery
• Monitoring and controlling residents’ nutritional and dietary requirements
• Supporting, guiding and leading the team to ensure the safety of residents and staff
