Job summary

PervasID is seeking a proactive professional to plan and manage customer trials, pilots, and demonstrations in support of BD objectives. You will introduce the system to customers, design trial layouts, support deployment and integration, and optimise performance across lab and customer environments.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Customer Experience teams to ensure product performance meets customer requirements and pursue system optimisation opportunities through data-driven

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in computing or a scientific discipline.
• Early career software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a commercial product environment.
• Proven project management experience in technical field deployments.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Knowledge of RF systems (transmitters, receivers, antennas, propagation).
• Experience configuring and operating RFID reader systems in customer environments.
• Understanding of IP networks.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand application requirements.
• Plan trials, pilots, and demonstrations to meet customer requirements.
• On and off site customer support, deployment and testing.
• Interface between Engineering and customer for software integration.
• Configure, operate and optimise PervasID and third-party equipment in lab and customer environments.
• Analyse data from trials and present results to customers.
