Job summary

HID is seeking an Ecosystem Integration Engineering Manager in Cardiff or Krakow. As the manager, you will lead a team responsible for integrating IDT Reader BU products into comprehensive RFID identification systems.

The role involves technical leadership across hardware, firmware, middleware, apps, and cloud services, ensuring effective collaboration with product management and development teams.

Candidates should have substantial experience in engineering, team building, and a strong understanding of the RFID ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional engineering experience including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in building or growing a new engineering team.
• Fluency in RFID identification ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team for RFID solutions.
• Translate ecosystem roadmap into engineering plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
