Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required or preferred in Business or related field.
• Strong background in retail operations is expected.
• Excellent facilitation, customer service, relationship building and communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Comfort presenting to all levels within an organization; good business sense.

Responsabilidades

• In-store execution modeling: act as RFID SME and define how RFID fits into the ecosystem.
• Hardware selection and tagging logic to maximize read accuracy while minimizing labor.
• Develop labor optimization models and train store staff to use RFID tools.
• Create deployment playbooks for PoC to enterprise rollout and monitor KPI data.
