Job summary

ARC'TERYX is seeking a Project Manager, Retail Operations & Initiatives EMEA to drive large-scale retail system implementations and change management across our stores from the London office. You will manage governance, milestones and stakeholder alignment to deliver outcomes in line with business priorities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and craft training and communications to support adoption, ensuring readiness and timely delivery in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience within a retail support function.
• 3+ years of project management and related software experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects and workforce management implementations.
• Background in change management and training.
• Ability to articulate complex information to leadership and peers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support foundation setup for projects with governance and stakeholder mapping.
• Create end-to-end project plans with timelines and milestones and enroll partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and dependencies; report to senior leaders with proactive solutions.
• Develop content and prep for meetings and steering committees.
• Lead change management materials and communications to retail teams.
