Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to drive priority inventory and supply chain projects, including RFID pilots, Digital Product Passport work, and sustainability initiatives. You will manage governance, milestones and benefits across stores, distribution and IT teams.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, analytical skills and experience delivering complex projects from discovery to handover, with a focus on traceability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven cross-functional PM experience in supply chain or retail.
• Strong knowledge of delivering projects from scoping to rollout and benefits.
• Experience collaborating with operational teams, technology partners and suppliers.
• RFID, traceability, product data, Freight, Inventory, Ethics & Sustainability experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and governance, risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from scope and rollout with benefits tracking.
• Lead RFID pilots and rollout, coordinating with multiple workstreams.
• Manage Freight, Inventory and Sustainability projects with governance and reporting.
• Maintain plans, milestones, RAID logs, budgets and status updates.
• Use data to improve performance and demonstrate benefits.
• Build relationships across functions, suppliers and partners.
