ARC’TERYX in London is seeking a Project Manager for Retail Operations & Initiatives EMEA to lead cross-functional programs, calendar planning and change management for our stores. You’ll oversee lifecycle of major retail systems such as WFM, RFID, and PowerBI reporting, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 5+ years in retail support, 3+ years in project management, and a proven ability to drive adoption across regional and global teams in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 5+ years work experience within a retail support function.
• 3+ years of project management experience and experience using project management software.
• Large-scale project delivery and/or workforce management implementation experience.
• Background in change management and training.
• Able to articulate critical communication to leadership teams, functional departments, retail leaders, and peers.
• Thrives in an Agile environment and can balance multiple projects at once.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up the foundation of a project including governance, ways of working, stakeholders, cadence and deliverables.
• Create an end-to-end project plan with timelines and milestones and enroll partners to deliver elements.
• Work cross-functionally with team, vendors and stakeholders to define scope, change impact and end-user effects.
• Identify dependencies and risks, and propose proactive solutions to senior leaders.
• Develop content and prepare for meetings: status meetings, working sessions, SteerCo’s.
• Define change management strategy and develop materials and communications for retail teams.
• Lead and coordinate retail operational planning, calendar management, roadmaps and cross-functional alignment.
