The successful candidate will lead RFI and FCR governance, drive KPI performance, and translate requirements into practical tooling solutions, with hybrid and flexible working options available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading process management and KPI reporting.
• Strong data analysis and reporting proficiency.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Excellent governance and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience with RFI, FCR, design change, or open point processes is advantageous.
• Nuclear, major infrastructure, or HPC project experience desirable.
• Technical or engineering background is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead and improve RFI and FCR processes and governance.
• Define, monitor, and drive KPI performance.
• Produce regular management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Chair governance meetings and drive improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements aligned with IMS standards.
• Translate requirements into tool specifications with system teams.
• Support testing, deployment, and optimisation of tooling.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure process compliance.
