Job summary

Amentum is seeking a capable professional to lead RFI and FCR processes, driving governance, KPI performance and stakeholder collaboration across nuclear project teams. The role focuses on delivering safe, quality outcomes on complex programmes within IMS standards.

You will translate requirements into tool specs, support deployment and drive continuous improvements, engaging multiple departments to ensure timely, compliant outcomes for critical projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in process management, KPI reporting and performance improvement.
• Excellent data analysis, reporting and system/tool proficiency.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions across teams.
• Strong communication, governance and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience with RFI, FCR, design change and open point processes advantageous.
• Nuclear, major infrastructure or HPC project experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve RFI and FCR processes, procedures, metrics and reporting.
• Define, monitor and drive performance against KPIs.
• Produce regular management reports and present process performance to senior stakeholders.
• Chair governance and accountability meetings, maintain action plans and drive improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvements aligned with IMS standards.
• Translate requirements into tool specifications and work with system teams.
• Support testing, deployment and optimisation of RFI and FCR tooling.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability to ensure compliance and performance improvements.

Overview

Responsible for leading and improving the Request for Information (RFI) and Field Change Request (FCR) processes, ensuring effective governance, KPI performance, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation within business systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve RFI and FCR processes, procedures, metrics, and reporting.
• Define, monitor, and drive performance against agreed KPIs.
• Produce regular management reports and present process performance to senior stakeholders.
• Chair governance and accountability meetings, maintaining action plans and driving improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IMS standards.
• Translate process requirements into tool specifications and work with system teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of RFI and FCR tooling.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability to ensure process compliance and performance improvements.
