Job summary

Our Client is seeking a Configuration Process Lead to own change and information management on major energy infrastructure projects. Based in London or Bristol with hybrid working, you will drive governance, performance, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

You will translate operational requirements into system specifications, lead RFI/FCR processes, report KPIs, and present insights to senior stakeholders while promoting accountability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process management and continuous improvement.
• Strong KPI reporting, performance measurement and data analysis skills.
• Experience producing and presenting management information to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong governance, facilitation and communication skills.
• High level of proficiency with systems, tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience with configuration management, RFIs, FCRs or change management processes.
• Background within major infrastructure, engineering or regulated industries.
• Nuclear or large-scale project experience would be advantageous.
• Technical or engineering background beneficial.
