Job summary

Amentum is seeking a proactive Process Improvement Lead for the UK Nuclear Power Programme. You will own RFI and FCR governance, KPI reporting, and stakeholder alignment across projects to deliver value through robust process design and tool integration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing RFI and FCR processes and governance.
• Strong data analysis and KPI reporting capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions across teams.
• Excellent governance and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience with configuration management, RFIs, FCRs or design change is advantageous.
• Technical or engineering background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve RFI and FCR processes and reporting.
• Define and monitor KPIs; present performance to senior stakeholders.
• Chair governance meetings and track action plans for improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvements aligned with IMS standards.
• Translate requirements into tool specifications and collaborate with system teams.
• Support testing, deployment, and optimization of RFI/FCR tooling.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure process compliance and performance.
