Job summary

MBDA UK in Stevenage is seeking an Integration & Proving Engineering specialist to validate a cutting‑edge RF seeker system. You will design and execute tests across lab, simulation and field environments, analyse results and drive evidence for verification and certification.

The role requires proactive delivery, strong communication, and collaboration with systems, software, hardware and firmware teams. Hybrid working is available, with on‑site focus due to workload, and BPSS security checks

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain validation and verification plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct proving activities across lab, simulation and field environments.
• Analyse test data, investigate anomalies and identify root causes.
• Prepare clear evidence to support verification and certification.
• Support design reviews with test findings and technical insight.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to translate requirements into tests.
• Contribute to improving proving processes, tools and methods.
• Develop bespoke test tools and automated test frameworks where appropriate.
