Job summary

MBDA invites an Integration & Proving Engineer to join the Seeker division to prove RF system performance via integration and trials, gathering evidence to confirm operation of the Seeker system.

This role focuses on developing validation plans, conducting proving activities across laboratory, simulation, and field environments, analyzing data, and supporting design reviews with test findings. Security clearances apply and hybrid on-site work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop validation and verification plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Conduct proving activities across lab, simulation, and field environments to validate Seeker performance.
• Analyse test data, investigate anomalies, and identify root causes with design teams.
• Prepare clear, concise evidence to support verification and certification.
• Support design reviews and stakeholder engagements with test findings and insight.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to translate requirements into test approaches.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proving processes, tools, and methods.
• Develop bespoke test tools and automation where appropriate.
