MBDA UK in Bolton is seeking an Electronic Engineer with a strong RF background to support the design and manufacturing teams. You will help transition seeker products from development into series manufacture, working to high standards and tight timescales.

The role requires autonomy, collaborative problem solving with design and manufacturing, and involvement in process improvements, obsolescence management, and supplier liaison to maintain supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Broad RF engineering background essential.
• Experience with RF assembly and test procedures advantageous.
• Ability to manage own workload and liaise with design/manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with design and manufacturing to transition a seeker from development to series manufacture.
• Support manufacturing on process issues and continuous improvement to maximise yields.
• Assist with non-conformance management and advising on issues where appropriate.
• Support manufacturing with suppliers to aid continuity of supply.
