Job summary

MBDA in Stevenage is seeking a Systems Engineer to work on modelling, simulation and algorithm development across multiple Seeker programmes, from concept through development.

You will contribute to radar propagation modelling, hardware interaction and embedded software algorithms, with opportunities for field trials, lab testing and cross‑national collaboration. A hybrid on-site/work pattern is offered, with BPSS clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a STEM subject or equivalent experience.
• Modelling and coding with proficiency in MATLAB.
• Algorithm development experience.
• Data analysis and technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform modelling, algorithm development and systems studies.
• Model radar propagation to hardware response and onboard algorithms.
• Support field trials and lab testing; collaborate with multi-national teams.
