Job summary

MBDA in Bristol seeks a Trials Lead to manage the lifecycle of diverse projects, focusing on hardware testing and model validation. The role supports a world-leading testing capability for UK MoD, with on-site majority work and some off-site deployments.

You will agree testing requirements, prepare safety plans, develop test hardware and write reports, ensuring safe, compliant trial conduct. DV clearance is required; BPSS checks follow offer.

Qualifications

• IoT / electronic design experience desirable.
• Understanding of trials processes and safety management.
• Knowledge of verification and validation processes (DVP).

Responsibilities

• Lead trial conduct and ensure health and safety during activities.
• Agree testing requirements, produce planning and safety documentation.
• Develop & build test hardware and report writing for trials.
