Job summary
MBDA is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join the RF Seekers Team in Stevenage. You will transform complex requirements into system architectures and work with capable teams across development activities to deliver advanced seeker solutions for defence applications.
The role offers hybrid working with typically 4 to 5 days on site, and opportunities for international travel to MBDA sites and trials. A UK security clearance process is required.
Qualifications
- Experience with deriving and managing requirements.
- Experience with generating Functional and Physical Architecture using SysML, ARCADIA, or similar MBSE language.
- Experience with Model based Systems Engineering.
- Experience with Systems engineering tools like DOORS / DOORS Next / Rhapsody / Capella desirable.
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink desirable.
- Knowledge of RF/microwave and electronic systems, radar and control systems, and digital signal processing is desirable.

- Negotiate and validate architecture with stakeholders across development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful verification and deployment.
