Job summary

Indra Park Air is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide maintenance and support to UK and international customers. The role offers full training and opportunities to grow in a global tech environment.

You will handle technical inquiries, perform repairs, and investigate system issues, while collaborating with Engineering and field teams to improve products and services. BPSS clearance is required and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

HNC/HND or degree in a relevant technical discipline or strong A-Levels in Science and Maths.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide technical customer support via phone, email and on-site visits.
Assist with product repairs and warranty work.
Conduct product and system investigations to diagnose issues.
Maintain and repair communications equipment in-house and at customer locations.
Deliver technical feedback to Engineering for continuous product improvement.
Support exhibitions, customer demonstrations and international service activities.
