Mount Charles Group is a leading facilities management provider in Ireland, recruiting a Cleaning Operative for Lough View Integrated Primary, Belfast. This part-time role offers 10 hours per week with flexible shifts between 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, to deliver high-quality cleaning across offices and amenities.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, attention to detail and reliability, with vehicle access.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Applicant must have access to a vehicle.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Basic statutory training for the role to understand safety and work instructions.

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties in a professional manner.
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets.
• Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring regular checks are carried out to equipment/machines used and that all equipment is left clean and in good working order.
• Complying with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team based at Lough View Integrated Primary, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern:

• 10 Hours per week
• Flexible shift patterns available
• Working hours between 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday

The Role:

• Providing the highest level of Cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional manner
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets
• Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility
• Ensuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines used during hours of work and all the equipment is left clean and in good working order
• Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
• Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, or hazards you encounter to your Line Manager
• All offices, toilets, and amenity areas to be presented clean and tidy
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
• Report defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces or any other Health and Safety issues to your Line Manager

The Person:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Applicant must have access to a vehicle
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential
• Previous work experience in customer service employment
• Current BICS Qualifications.
• Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
