Job summary

Active Assistance in Llandudno is recruiting part-time Children's Support Workers to support a child with autism and ADHD in the family home and community activities.

Shifts total 10 hours per week: two weekday evenings (4:30pm-7:30pm) and one 4-hour weekend shift, with regular set shifts. The role operates on a zero-hours contract, with training and ongoing support from a Care Manager.

Qualifications

• Support a non-verbal child with autism in home and community activities.
• Able to work with another Support Worker across all shifts.
• Commitment to safeguarding and following care plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support a child with autism/ADHD in family home and outings.
• Work with another Support Worker on all shifts.
• Engage in activities aligned with interests (trampolining, outdoors).
